In today’s world of Real Estate, it is not enough to just list properties. Your Real Estate must be marketed to other agents as well as the general public. At Coldwell Banker Kent Price Realty, teamwork, marketing, and trust are our key to success.

I am a life long resident of this area. I live in Astoria, Oregon with my husband Tom, of 25 years, a commercial fisherman. We have two grown boys, Kris, a local hunting and fishing guide and Adam, a local contractor. Our family is very active, we love to spend out free time hunting in the Pacific Northwest where I am the camp cook, fishing in the lower Columbia River, and taking skiing trips to Mt Hood and Bend.

I have built my career in Real Estate for 16 years in Clatsop County around the principles of honesty and integrity at all times and in all circumstances. Buying or selling a home involves one of the most important, and certainly one of the largest transactions that you will make in your lifetime. You need a Realtor that you feel comfortable with, and more importantly, one that you can fully trust. However, trust is something that has to be earned. If there is any real estate matter that I can help you with, I hope that you will give me a call and the opportunity to earn your trust.

JACKIE SVENSEN

Selling Real Estate in Clatsop County has never been so exciting. Here on the coast we have seen unprecedented residential and commercial growth over the last five years. I am very confident this trend will continue in 2009 as a number of new residential developments scheduled to begin constructing infrastructure this summer.
