Selling North Coast real estate is something I have enjoyed doing since the late seventies. During this time, I have sold millions of dollars of property. They have ranged in price from $8,000 to $2,000,000. The types of real estate have included condominiums, mobile homes, vacant land, multiple dwellings and single family residences.

I am also experienced with many types of finance, including cash sale, ODVA, FHA, FMHA, VA, Land Sales Contract, Note and Trust Deed, 1031 Tax Free Exchange, Conventional and Assumptions.

I have lived on the North Coast since 1966. Before entering real estate, I was a high school teacher. I am married to Mary Jo Stacey and we have two children, both of whom are married. My daughter is a flight attendant with Delta Airlines and my son works in heavy construction. We were recently blessed with the birth of our first grandchild (picture available upon request).
